ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE

Hello Eagle Families! Welcome to the 2018-19 school year!
I am extremely honored be joining and serving the Olive Grove Community in the Assistant Principal role.  I have been an educator for 12 years serving as an Elementary teacher and K-8 leader in many different support titles.  I received my Masters in Educational Leadership from The University of Arizona (Go Wildcats!) in 2016. In February, my family relocated back to our hometown here in the Greater Sacramento Area and we are happy to be living in the Dry Creek Joint Elementary School District.
I am so excited to be a part of an educational community that is passionate about serving students with individualized and purposeful education, anchored in safe, quality experiences for all learners. I look forward to working with Mr. Giannini and the rest of our staff, in effort to do whatever it takes to advance the achievement of all students at Olive Grove. Working together with you, I am confident that we will continue to provide your student(s) with a truly rigorous, nurturing, and enriching school experience.
Feel free to stop in and say hello. If there is anything I can assist you with, please let me know.

Warmly,

Desyrae Stevenson
